Want to save days, weeks or even months of work? You can now get all this information sent to you in Microsoft Word format by purchasing our Quality Management System In A Box.

All employees must be either qualified or trained to perform their job. For higher-level jobs like engineering, show their work history to prove that they are qualified. For lower-level jobs like production, you must show that they have been trained.
The simplest way to accomplish this ( in a small company) is to maintain a notebook with one record for each employee and don?t forget to update it regularly.

Once you have your system in place, you should perform an ISO training class and add this record to everyone's file.

The training records could include a training summary table that shows the quality responsibility of key personnel. Every person in the company should have a training record.
