Returned Of Canceled Order Policy

Returned or Canceled orders will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Each product is custom designed and built to order. The quality of the product is similar to the quality of the information on ISO9000Resource.com Please do not place an order if you do not like the examples on the web site.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped FedEx with within 3 business days of the order acceptance. Order are accepted after the custom order input sheet has been completed and returned.
